By far the best pizza/pasta shop in Pakenham. Friendly staff and the owner is always happy to have a chat. Great tasting pizzas that have me driving past 3 other shops to come to. If you want great pizza/pasta and a friendly environment then Tonino's Pizza is the place to come too.

The food is great there's no doubt about that. And when you walk in the service is good. But the phone skills or lack of are really bad. Times where you are waiting in plain silence and wondering if they're still there. "Finding" the pizza on the menu after you place your order? Not listening when you spell out your name and repeat your phone number. Not asking how you would like to pay before almost ending the call. It's a joke. The staff need to be trained on better phone skills. Especially if you have to wait 40 minutes for one pizza.
