Ordered ribs with our pizza. Got ribs and wings instead. Manager said he had personally pack our order and it was definitely correct. Send picture showing said wings in our order with a screen shot of the menulog order showing we ordered lamb ribs not wings and got a message back saying they would call shortly the sort a solution. Never got a call and the must have caller id as they would not answer our calls any more. - they stuffed up our order - basically called us liars - ignored us and didn't fix the issue. Terrible. Never again.

Ordered food, told 45 mins , rang for update at 55 mins to be told another 15-20 mins which I cancelled. Thankfully didn’t waste my money on the food!!!

very oily pizzas. take too long to make. been multiple times and each time its hit and miss. customer service needs work.

Words cannot fathom how amazing every single pizza I have ever ordered from Big Al's Cardinia has been. They have great accuracy and speedy delivery from polite and sincere drivers who go the extra mile to service with a smile.
