Friendly, but always ignore whats on the order. Consistently miss sauces and edits. And they need to invest in a heating element for the fries area, always stone cold and old, even when you request fresh.
Likely to be the best maccas I’ve been too, I only get drive thru and usually really late in the night, there’s two gentleman that usually help out.nnOne is kind and the other is super polite I’m sure if staff see this they’ll know right away who it is, he’s helped me tonight and the last always super polite and well mannered, younger guy with darker hair and seems tall.nnVery accomodating, always super well mannered and listens to what you say, and takes it step by step doesn’t rush the order and makes sure everything is right at the speaker and then again when paying.nnI haven’t written a review ever for maccas but because of these two who work over just they definitely make the experience great enough for it.nnFood is generally better here in terms of chips being hot and salted well, and any extras or things removed are actually spot on.nnOne time the drink was wrong in my medium meal and he then corrected it but in a large wasn’t needed but it’s the little things that matter.nnGreat staff on the overnight, I live local so I know I’ll see these 2 often.
The drive through service is slowest I have ever been to . Always have to wait for ages, no matter what time of the day. Drive through is very small for the size of the restaurant and all the cars are blocking up the parking . Cmon guys, you can do better
I went to mcdonald’s today on the 7th of october 2025 i received a medium mega meal with an extra bit of protein in my chips. which happened to be a fly in your store , a dead one to be exact . i called you’re store and spoke to a lady who was claiming there were no flys in the store, which in very confused about as i happened to have a fly in my chips.ni am very lucky i saw it when i did as i was about to give it to my child, i am very upset i had to waste food for dinner , i would love a refund but the lady that i spoke to told me the email but it didn’t work the 3 times i tried . it would be professional to check you’re store for any flies in the future because this is appalling.nthankyou.
Public Holiday eve and the poor overnight manager had absolutely no help rostered!! Naomi was working so hard to get all orders out but the line was over 7 cars long and anyone who knows how to run a business would roster more than 2 people on! Mccopco get your shit together!
