TNT shipped some personal effects over from the UK for us, customs got complicated phone and emails always answered quickly, and helpfully *everyone* knew what they were doing, and everyone did what they said they were going to do. Goods all arrived intact, and had obviously been handled carefully throughout, and the driver brought the heavy boxes all the way into the building for us. Can highly recommend TNT in general, and TNT Brisbane in particular !

Ordered an important component for my vehicle 'express overnight' from Perth-Gold Coast. I knew this would be likely but it took 5 business days. I ordered a large antenna for my car, same day, free postage from perth and it arrived 2 days later. Speaking to an actual human on the phone was difficult but at least when I finally got to one they were friendly although unhelpful (only reason they got 2 stars was friendliness) They arranged for me to go get it from the depot over the phone later in the morning, then whilst on the way to the depot (I called @8am the Depot didnt open till 9:30) I got a text saying it was on the way to my house. So I turned around. I hate paying for a service I don't receive.

Applied for re-delivery for the 18th of December. Didn't receive it. Asked if it was going to be delivered today (19th) they didn't load it onto the truck even though it has been delayed, and the delivery truck had already left. Well that is great service.

Absolutely disgusting service from TNT. We receive a text to say driver couldn't deliver and we have been waiting at home all day. I would give zero if there was that alternative. He obviously didn't even get out of his truck

Absolutely rubbish company. I sent a consignment of chainsaws to PNG. I was then advised that PNG customs needed further payment for customs clearances. I requested TNT to pay the clearance through my business account. They advised me that they "saw" to it. Days pass by, my employees still have no chainsaws. Then someone else calls me and tells me that Air Niugini can choose to put the consignment on there plane whenever thay want, as all other products take precedence over the chainsaws... ok cool. Then my employee contacts me and advises me that TNT in PNG advised him that the customs clearance still has not been paid! So now I have to take care of that myself. TNT basically also lost track of the consignment once it arrived in PNG which is why they gave me all matter of excuses. It has been 3 weeks since the consignment was collected from me. Once this is delivered, I will be removing my business account from them. Be warned.
