5/5 – Excellent Front Desk Service at TK MaxxnnI had a great experience at TK Maxx Yesterday. The indian girl at front desk provided excellent customer service — friendly, attentive, and very helpful throughout my visit. She handled everything professionally and made the whole shopping experience smooth and pleasant.nHighly appreciate her great attitude and support. Keep up the good work! And other staff member must learn how to treat customer from her.
rude security guard need to learn manner.We had visited this store on 8th nov between 4.30 to 5 pm, i am Not sure about exact time. We had purchase the item and while we went to door it was beeping than so called security guard pull on side like we hide something. I asknPolitely that if you want to check thats fine i am happy to cooperate otherwise call the manager or so. Don't want to be here standing like we did something.even i shown the purchase receipt as well. Than the guard told me i am responsible for checking also next time you will need pull off the security beeping tag. I am not sure about exact word. Thank god he didn’t told me i need to do his job. Ha ha . We really don’t mine checking coz we had not done anything wrong.but at-least use some brain if you have and learn some manners. Later i talk with the manager and explain the situation. Hope for the best. Overall love to visit store again. Thank you.
I've been in this store multiple times now and each time I've been made to feel uncomfortable and like a their. Security is the worst thing about this store. In no way am I a their yet from the second I walk in I feel as though I am being followed by security. It makes me feel extremely uncomfortable and uneasy. I don't think I will return tk this store. I would much rather shop at belco or tuggeranong where I'm not made to feel like a criminal
Store has a good range of clothing items and brands, home wares, toys etc... If you celebrate Christmas, Easter, Halloween their decorations are fantastic - one of the few places that I've found snow globes!nPrices are reasonable, the clearance racks / shelves are always worth a look too
Truely had an awful experience. While paying at the cash register a young girl that works in a nearby store politely asked a cashier if she could break down some cash and the lady serving her asked what seemed to be the manager about it he responded in a appalling manner by snarling and saying “we’re not a bank”. If that’s how you treat people you shouldn’t be working in retail. Bad day or not you don’t treat people like that.
