Avoid this store. The manager and staff have a poor attitude. I placed an online order which takes 6-8 hours to process. When I visited the store, I was rudely told to wait or cancel the online order. The order was for just one item that could have been processed quickly, but the manager suggested canceling the online order and purchasing the item over the counter, requiring me to pay again. Cancelling the online order would take five days for the refund to reflect on my card. In short, avoid the online ordering system and steer clear of Big W Majura Canberra Airport for your purchases.
They block of the check out that the customer has to use the self service. Check out and I don’t work for big W and I don’t feel it’s right I have to use them and the self service one keeps bussing And the old Asian check woman Treat customers like thrift I would been happy to use a check out person because of the stress it’s give me with this woman going through my shopping and looking and checking and looking every time that thing buzz it’s bad Enough haveing a long day to but up this kind of severenI said to the woman why you not got staff onnNo wonder nobody shopping poorly service and bad Supervision in the whole storel because that lady must be the supervisor doesn’t want staff on check out or she dose not trust the staff
I thought I’d save time on my lunch break and purchase some Nintendo Switch games via Click and Collect. The purchase went through quickly and within an hour I received the message saying it was ready to pick up. I ducked out in my break to get it and this went smoothly. Later that night after everyone had gone to bed and all the chores and study were done, I opened the games to play them… only to find some numpty had simply grabbed the cases off the shelf and wrapped them up. No games contained within, no instructions. Such a simple thing, it even says it on the shelf - the cases are empty. So off I went on my next break, to sort it out. The guy behind the counter was pretty annoyed on my behalf.nnCome on Click and Collect staff. Just think about what you’re doing.
Always so neat & tidy. Staff friendly & helpful. Not alot to complain about here.
