I am very disappointed with their customer service. I have been waiting 3 weeks for a kettle. Every time I call them I get a different answer as to where it is. The manager even said they would pick one up from the Belconnen store. And another said it was sent via Australia post. I still haven't received it yet. I wouldn't shop there again. It's the worst service I have ever experienced.

I won't give any star at all. I have pre ordered iPhone 16 pro max on 14th morning at Harvey Norman fyshwick. but unfortunately I didn't receive my phone until today and which supposed to receive on 20th September. Only Harvey Norman didn't provide pre orders. Other places like Apple store, JBHIFI, Officeworks had handed over pre orders successfully. Very disappointed about their service..
Please beware of Harvey Norman fyshwick furniture department worst place to be if you get a lemon product purchased my item good service good transaction and delivery good.however item was a lemon went to the store within the 7 days and I was directed to Jason. Jason asked questions then books you in to inspect the product in for the Monday doesn't show up call the store to find out if he's coming they said he probably running late but they will call me straight away see where he is. They call me back saying he not coming he will call me to reschedule 2 weeks go by I go back to the store they send him an email to contact me another 2 weeks go by nothing go back and I asked to speak to someone else and they tell me we will make sure Jason will contact you by the end of day a week later. I go back and I had enough I ask for a refund they tell me to speak to some guy on the floor who was currently in charge he tells me that he can't give me a refund until he speaks to Jason he will be back in a couple of hours the day goes by nothing no phone call I go back just before closing time they seemed to busy to pick up phone to call me they were making excuses it's been over a month then Jason decided to come next day to look calls me it's normal wear and tear and it's all good it's under warranty.nSo I suggest inspect the product properly before the delivery guy takes off cos you can get the dodgy item back to the storenBefore you're stuck with a lemon product and a lemon service from Jason and the store.
Great range of pretty much everything you would want to fit out your home! Heaps of free parking, including undercover parking for those days where it rains as well. Stock supply and service has always been very good when we have been here as well.nnPricing is general good but its pays to shop around of course. On the weekend they also had GE reps there for purchases on interest free which was helpful.
