Please do the common decency of letting people know that you charge a $130 fee to take a look at the car and provide a quote. I spoke to you over the phone before I brought the car in and again when I dropped it off. Not once did you advise there was a cost involved. I’ve never been to a mechanic’s that do that!! It would be nice to know these things.

Got a 70,000klm service cost around $280. Prompt service good report on vehicle. Phoned me to inform that cabin air filter needed to be replaced and if wanted them to ahead. Highly recommend these guys

Service on car was all good, except the wiper blades. Told $45 to replace as part of 60 000 service and were put on with the blades at the end of the wipers not touching the windscreen. Took back and told maybe wiper blades too stiff and keep in the sun for a week or so to see if will soften up. Almost a week and not moved yet so give a few more days, but could be a return trip back to Titan soon.  Update: Went back to Titan and whole wiper arms were replaced. Asked for quote only handbrake fix. They quoted 10 times normal price for parts and labour original parts cost more but 5 hours labour for 3 bolts and 2 cables was shocking. I was charged 130 for a quote that took 5 mins.. never been charged for a quote in my life. Disgusting to treat locals like that.Service:&nbsp;Brakes

Got ripped off plain and simple. They tried to say front brakes needed to be done. They didn't and havn't needed to be changed the last two services. New mechanic said theyre full of it

Highly recommend Titan Automotive. The guys and operation are honest and professional. I have been using them for many years now,  they are reasonably priced, personable and accommodating.  You won't be disappointed and my interactions with the team there have always been nothing but positive!

Our car broke down whilst on holidays, the radiator had failed. The car was towed to Titan Automotive and they managed to look at it on a Friday afternoon and inspect and quote on the work required. They were very fast and well priced, we had our car back on the road in a very short amount of time. The team was really helpful and highly recommend Titan Automotive. Very happy.
