Kate from the Oxenford branch did an absolutely amazing job. I was blown away by her knowledge and outstanding customer service. I was recommended by someone who swore she was the best and after seeing her work, watch out boys there's a new Sherif in town. Definately worth stopping in for a quote and a chat. Whoever her boss is, I hope they're paying her well because she's worth her weight in gold.
Nick was referred to me and they weren't wrong, as were the other team members. Busy as but he still managed to fit me in, late on a Friday. Clean shop, free coffee, comfortable waiting area, tyres in stock and Excellent pricing and service. 10 Stars.
I needed two new tyres and Peter was very helpful. He could have upsold me but didn't. I enjoyed a good coffee while I waited for them to be fitted and balanced. They also supply cables so you can charge your devices. I'll be booking in for a service as well.
Highly recommend the Team at Oxenford Budget Tyre and Auto. Fast, Friendly and Trustworthy service. The only team I use to keep our Driving School car serviced and running smooth and fresh tyres. Thanks team keep up the great work
Worst customer service. The two old guys on the service desk are miserable and everything to was too much and too hard. Shake their heads as ppl walk offstage. They actually looked like they hated each other! Asked me a few questions which I knew answers too and few questions I didn’t know then proceeded to ask me “ do you know anything at all??” Get out of customer service if helping people isn’t your thing. Don’t treat women like this!
I've bought tyres for 20 years and this place is the best. You won't find a cheaper tyre and you won't find better staff who genuinely care about getting you back on the road with safe reliable tyres. Amazing!! Couldn't recommend enough.
4 stars cause parking pfffft ;, however great guys and girls, if your chasing an honest professional mechanical service o r new tyres. A+++ service and prices. Ready for new treads.
Nick is a legend and saved me a couple hundred dollars by coming up with an out of box solution for my car needing a new spare rim and tyre.
Had my VW golf's major logbook service plus 4 new tyres done, very happy with how it all went. No pressure sales and gave me all the info up front, very thoroughly checked over too even picked up a few things and had them printed out on a quote for me when I picked it up. Price was a little cheaper than other places I had called, happily recommend these guys
I was at budget tyres a few weeks ago, I was actually broken down just less than kilometre down the road. I was on my way to Budget Tyres to have a nail taken out of my tyre. I rang Budget Tyres and was so upset I am a women in her 60s and had no-one around to help me. Dan from Budget Tyres was so helpful he organised for a mechanic to come down and have a look at my car. Over the next week I had a few mechanical repairs and was so impressed the amount of help I received from Dan. He helped me so much I couldn’t thank him enough, what an asset you have in a staff member like Dan. I was a women that was in Real Estate previously unfortunately over the years had lost a lot of my super and things just went downhill from there. It’s nice to know there’s kind people in the world that care. Thanks again Dan. Julie McIntosh
