Bursons Oxenford where do I start, well I was greeted as soon as I walked in by the manager Paige. She was very informative and helpful, she solved all of my needs and explained in depth of what I needed and why. She wasn’t a pushy sales woman, she is amazing and very knowledgeable. Paige and her team now have my company’s business.
Hands down the best Auto Parts store on the Gold Coast, there's never anything that is too much effort for the staff and if they cannot accomodate your needs, they will be honest and upfront about it.
Absolutely hopeless. The girl. "Manager". Dunno how. Well she lies when things don't go her way.. easier to tell the truth than to get caught lying. When she forgets to order parts just tell us you forget. We now shop with Cheapa autos. Great bunch of people. Got the parts you want at cheapa prices.
Checked times on website. The site said open to 12pm. Closes soon. Drove along way. Got there at 10.55 am to find the store closed over Easter. Have shopped there for years never again. Waste of time and effort. They couldn’t be bothered to update there Easter trading hours like everyone else.

Great service! The bloke had about 10 phones calls come in while I was there and he was able to help them and me while managing to have a chat to me about what I need done. Highly recommend!

Bursons used to be great until they got bought out now there prices are through the roof try cheaper auto first repco specials are good to and supercheap if your desperate.
