My partner booked online, paid online and went in for a blowwave. The hairdresser then decided she needed a “trim” she then proceeded to cut inches off and completely change the style and shape of her hair.nActually I wouldn’t call it style as the end result was a disaster. After my poor partner was in shock the hairdresser then charged her again for the butchers job she had done to her hair.nnI have since called and asked for the second charge to be refunded but have been unsuccessful.nMy partner paid for 3 haircuts that day as she also went to just cuts that afternoon to try and salvage the mess that had been caused and they were shocked with the “trim”.nnI would avoid this place at all costs unless you want your hair treated like a leg of lamb in a butchers shop.

Decided to cut off all my hair and Tis was able to squeeze me in for my spontaneous decision. Thanks for the great cut! The styling afterwards didn’t hold well, but overall happy with the cut and recommended products!
