My treatment here was absolutely wonderful! I can't thank Alice enough for such an incredible massage. Granted I've not had loads of massages, but I've had a fair few, &  today was the best massage I've ever had - & I have been to branded spa's like Clarins & Molten Brown. Seriously my treatment today was exceptional. I will definitely be back, I am one very happy customer! I highly recommend this place  to everyone.

Genuinely the only salon I’ll use. Staff are so friendly, make you feel completely at ease, whatever treatment you’re having. Whenever I make another appointment, they do anything they can to work around my long working hours. Especially helpful that they do a late evening, and you can park outside. Best salon around.

Fabulous, welcoming and most relaxing salon I have ever visited. After a fall on the harbour I clambered up the hill in dire need of an afternoon of pampering. The salon excelled any and all expectations. I will return to Folkestone from London especially to revisit Pure Indulgence!

Been going to this salon for over a year. I am always happy after each appointment, they are very understanding with appointment times and always put their customers first. The whole team are so professional and friendly. I can't  recommend this place enough!

Martyna trains her girls to a very high standard. This is reflected in the high quality treatments. I have been a customer here for several years and find the treatments extremely relaxing and beneficial. This is a high quality beauty parlour. The espa treatments are amazing and really do work. This is by far the best beauty salon in Folkestone, Thankyou girls for your beautiful treatments. I look forward to my weekly visits.

I had the Wellbeing Journey ESPA rejunivating package which was 2 hours and included back brushing, Espa salt and oil back scrub, inner calm back massage, hand treatment , Espa facial & gold hydrate eye treatment. Alice was AMAZING. So attentive, made me feel so comfortable and at ease. This is the best massage I’ve ever had and would pay again no worries. She is incredible at her job, has an absolute gift. Have had many treatments over the past few years with different therapists. They all offer the same level of service. Enjoyable treatments and value for money.

Still looking for a waxing service After "half leg" waxing treatment today my husband found my legs like a leopard paws: fully covered with wax stains And Hollywood bikini ended up with a big bruise right there... Maybe I want a lot...but it was an unprofessional treatments
