My nails were applied with four layers of SNS which made them look thick, bulky and horrible. When I asked if this could be corrected, I was treated with contempt and no apology was given. Once a somewhat normal thickness, I was still charged $60 for crooked and uneven length nails and rushed out without even cuticle oil at the end, and gunky SNS from the first removal under my nails. The shop is filthy as well. Tools are dirty and dusty. Polish bottles are a dried up, gunky mess. I won't be back and I advise others to avoid too.

Twice i have been to this nail salon. Worst service and both times my shellac nails have peeled off the next day due to a poor job on them don't even get me started on the work station where they actually do your nails  absolutely filthy! Previous peoples nails and dust everwhere.... take a look at the floors while your there to! 
I would honestly rate it no stars and i could do a better job running a salon out of a back ally.

Really disappointed. Have always had nails done every few weeks, both ped and manicure. Due to health haven't done so in recent years so was given a gift voucher last year and finally got to use it recently. Not only was I ignored about what I wanted but did not get what I asked for. My request was simple, pedicure with standard polish (no shellac or gel) art work on big toe nail (for past 20 years have had artwork on ring finger and big toe). Pretty simple!! Pedicure did not remove rough skin from foot or heal. Despite me clearly stating my request, more than once, at no time was I spoken to and once nails were painted the girl(still speaking to her work peers in I think Vietnamese) walked off and started doing other customers. Unable to get their attention, and having been left swinging for a half hour, with not so much as a look let alone basic customer service of, I won't be long, or are you happy with the colour, I decided to leave. Clearly not in a rush for payment it was another several minutes for her to then stop their 'in house chat' to come to the register at which time I voiced my dissapointment with not getting what I asked for. The response. "I forgot" and I was then charged $35 dollars for a service not received. Will never go back nor recommend. This buisness is focussed on 'get them in, get them out' and to hell with quality customer service!
