My second visit to Will's nails & both times ive gotten exactly what i asked for. Love my nails. Thank you ladiesService:&nbsp;Dip powder

I unfortunately had a terrible experience at Wills Nails. Upon recommendation of a friend, I went to Wills Nails for an acrylic refill. They told me my existing acrylic was too old and that it would need to be removed and have a new set applied.  During removal of my acrylic, the nail artist ripped off half of my natural nail which was very painful. The artist then proceeded to walk away without an apology, ignore me and serve another customer after realising what she had done. Another artist then proceeded to walk over to me and snip every one of my natural nails which I had asked to keep long, without asking my permission.  I was then sat in the chair for another hour before another artist came over to remove my acrylic. At this point I had decided to leave without receiving my manicure due to feeling uncared for. I told the artist I would please like to leave  to which they removed the remaining acrylic. I was asked to sit back in the chair so that the remaining acrylic could be filed off. No one attended to me until my mum came into the store and stood beside me and expressed her unhappiness with the service I had received. After she did this, the artist rushed over to me and began filing.  I understand the store was busy but I was very uncomfortable with the lack of care and disregard for my nails that was shown by the staff. Thankyou for removing my acrylic but I will not be returning to your store.Service:&nbsp;Acrylic nails

The ladies were very catering to me being a walk in with no appointment. I had a pedicure and manicure. I couldn’t fault the service they provided, worked in a timely manner and not rushed, I got exactly what I asked for. Would recommend. :

Absolutely horrible, rushed nails, got told to come back 45 minutes later after when I had a pre booked appointment, they cut my feet and burnt my friends feet in the hot water, very unorganised and unsanitary.Services:&nbsp;Pedicure

My friend and I got full sets of acrylics each, fantastic service, great workmanship. Will definitely be going back there again!

The service is pretty horrible to be honest, the nails quality is bad, the the lady who did my nails start straight putting the fake nails as she was trying to finish my nails quick as possible, my nails were still very dusty and she put nail polish straight on the top , also they will add 20 dollar for every request and I mean a tiny request like nail shape or glitter I end up paying 118 for the worst experience ever.Service:&nbsp;Gel manicures

Very rushed and poorly done manicure it wasn’t even that busy. Didn’t clean cuticles properly and painted nail polish poorly

Done an amazing job with my nails.... Only disappointment I had was I didn't get the design I wanted cause the artist wasn't in that day....
