Clock, Time & Jewels

Very poor customer service here. I went in to try to get my watch strap replaced - which incidentally their sign says they can do - and the jeweller told me that he only had two straps that might fit. When I asked if he could order any in, he said 'it's not as simple as that' then told me he couldn't help me! I can understand if changing watch straps doesn't make you much money, you may not want to do it. But here's a thought... don't offer it as a service.
