Bought 1 item from ebay when seller didn't ship it to TIG. I have given negative review. But later on found out It was seller who never sent to TIG on time. I have got phone call from TIG and they have explained to me nicely and details of delivery . Hope fully will receive it before Xmas

DO NOT use this courier I arranged a pick up for a Monday (took the day off for 2nd time) only for no one to arrive. Contacted them and being told that the driver visited my house and no one. I am at home the whole time and never hear any knock at the door and my dog not even bark. They are definitely lying as no one ever come at all. I had to reschedule another pick up for the following week. Very poor service and they hang up on me after I wait for nearly 30 mins. Worst experience ever.

Worst company ever to deal with. They only "manage" others and constantly had to ring "someone else" to find out where the package was. They are a "telephone co-ordination service" only. Now 2 weeks late...and still going. They ended up recommending we talk with the freight company directly...so no help from them at all. My advise, deal directly with the freight company (or just use Australia Post), not this third party company. I had to give them 1 star to get this review posted, but would prefer to give them a -1 star rating as that is the ONLY way to describe the fact they were more of a hinderance, than a help.

Absolutely hopeless. Ordered shower screen from a supplier in Melbourne. After a delay delivery was organised. Truck arrived with a BBQ, when I told the driver that I had not ordered a BBQ he contacted his depot and I was told that I had to take it up with my supplier. I told them that they did not even sell BBQs. They eventually 1 week later delived a pallet with a showerscreen on it. On opening the package Half of the showerscreen was missing. Contacted supplier they organised another shipment with another showerscreen, Unfortunatley they used the same freight company. Pallet scanned and loaded on 9 May 2017 for linehaul to Brisbane, Expected delivery date 15/5/2017 Contacted TIG on 15/5 they stated it was in brisbane but had not been scanned. They told me they would chase it up and ring me back. No phone call back I rang again on 16/5 spoke to a different person who informed me that the consignment was missing between Melbourne and Brisbane. He state that he would locate it and ring me back. (Did not happen) I sent a message through their on line message system and within a few minutes a female contacted me by phone and told me that she would contact the two depots and locate the parcel. and ring me back (Again did not happen) I asked for an email address to complain to the boss she stated she would email me with the address surprise no email. On 17/5 again sent a computer message labelling the item as lost in transit. The same female from day before rang me and informed me that it was not lost they just did not know where it was. Again promised to follow it up and ring me back. (Again No return call) Up to 5pm 17 May no calls no update of the tracking history. Stay away from this transport company if the item you want you actually want delivered.
