A very good experience with sending my parcel to Brisbane!  I used Pack and send Kew service in 2013.  I would say their service is even better than previous one.  Dean and Toula are very pleasant, efficient, professional and price offered was competitive.  I appreciate their communication is top as well.  Parcel arrived at a time that they predicted.  Recipient is very happy so am I!  I highly recommend their service to anyone!  I definitely will use their service again!

Excellent service and support and to top it off very competitive pricing! Their follow up service to advise that the package had been delivered was also excellent - a rarity today unfortunately. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them..

Would give six stars if I could. Helpful and friendly staff who put up with my lack of knowledge about the process of sending parcels overseas. Expert packers and even  more expert senders. 6/5 would use again.
