Very bad experience with their car rental service. Halfway through our trip, our airbnb host found out that the car's Certificate of Fitness (COF) and Car License (Rego) had expired. We were lucky we were not stopped by any police officer while driving a car with an expired COF and Rego. We had to change our plans, driving close to 200km to get a car change. During the return of the car, we were prompt to fill up the tank before getting the new car. Disregarding the fact that we had to drive such a long distance to get a car change, showing no signs of remorse even tho it was their mistake in the first place. During the change of car, we received a similar car with AGAIN, a COF and Rego that expires on the day itself. Eventually, we received a different car, but it had a boot too small to fit our luggages, making the rest our trip quite uncomfortable as we had to squeeze the remaining luggages beside us. How can a car rental service provide cars with expired Rego and Cof? Not only is the car not fit for use on the road, it can be quite troublesome if any customer is stopped by any police officer. Does this car rental service not regard its customer's safety and wellbeing?
