What wonderful friendly staff is so helpful and attentive. Car was spotless clean and tidy. Would highly recommend Wellington Airport Apex rentals.
Arrived after a flight and was going through the paperwork with the lady at the counter when I saw the line $2000 fee payable in an accident regardless of fault with insurance I asked for clarification on this by using an example of someone in a car talking on a cellphone going up the back of me would I still have to pay this and she said yes - I said what about when they admit fault and you claim through their insurance do I get my money back and was told no..when I questioned it I was told that she wouldn't be arguing with me and cut off I ended up paying another $23 a day for 5 days to have a $0 excess as it seemed ridiculous to risk $2000 even when not at fault, but the whole thing didn't seem right It's probably hidden in their terms and conditions,  but they don't disclose it to you until they have picked you up in the shuttle and taken you back to their depot. I will say it was a nice modern car and I was happy with everything else - I feel they could be alot more transparent and upfront about this policy
Didn’t receive the vehicle we booked 3 months ago. We were given no advice in how to use the Navigation despite asking for assistance. One of the staff called my husband a ‘dick’ when we complained about the service.
Used Welly Airport branch a half dozen times now. Always uber fast and efficient. Never any delays with airport transfers. Great service. Weirdly wouldn't allow me to pay with business credit card for security reasons, despite wearing work uniform and all my luggage with work labels. I still give them 5 stars though for speed and efficiency. Keep up the awesome work.
I rented a Toyota Corolla Hatchback for just 1 night, 28 hrs to be precise and that cost me $90ish including insurance.....my previous experience with Apex was good, but this one although the the car was good, the price hurt...

Charged $250 cleaning fee for smoking in the car when I’m not even a smoker. Didn’t send the bill through until 3 days after we left the car at some garage away from the airport. Was fine and even cleaned it before we left the car. Wasn’t us, but didn’t care, just wanted the money. Ridiculous. Would never use again
