Customer service was excellent! Had a mobile phone stuck inside the campervan structure, the people at Jucy not only got the phone out (actually quite quickly by my estimation) but also drove us to the Weta cave to spend our time while they were doing it.

Was not expecting jucy car rental to b on the outside of the airport.and most of al not imprest wit no trantsport to airport before 8am.not happy

Good price. Sadly the day we picked up they had a lot of business for their one staff member to handle. I had to wait about an hour for service only to be asked to wait longer because my telephone booking was not on their dashboard. I had plenty of time to observe that one staff member in action including dealing with a very irate, unreasonable, queue-jumping customer with great aplomb. JUCY need to support their staff better but their prices would be likely to lure me back.

Easy to book. Shuttle wasn't big enough so had to split group, but well managed by them. Quick office turn around. Nice little car.
