Easy and reliable. The app needs to be downloaded but it is very simple and easy to use. After hours pick up was a breeze, which is what you want after a plane trip. Car was clean and mechanically sound! Returning was as easy as pickup which was the easiest. Highly recommend!!!
I used my AA discount so the price was amazing. The shuttle service, the young lady who helped us on pick up and drop off, the car itself, all were absolutely fantastic. Very happy with this whole experience.
Just had the chance to try these guys. I dealed with Alex. Easy going we had a Toyota corolla. The whole process was easy full insurance no annoying no bond no harm. The location was next to the Wellington airport I guess its just a 4min walk to pick up the car. Free drop off Highly recommended 5 from 5.

Great rental company, we booked last minute for 2 x 7 seater Mitsubishi Outlanders and everything went smoothly. We were abit confused about the shuttle pick up. But just go ask one of the car rental places in the airport and they’ll point you in the right direction. Great staff both on pick up and drop off. Something came up where I had to return car later than the agreed time, they were really understanding and extended my drop off time without any penalties or costs.
The team at GoRentals Wellington Airport are second to none. I will only ever use GoRentals now. The service is excellent, the cars are immaculate, the locations are easy to get to, the staff are friendly. It really is a package deal and I have yet to have anything to complain about!
