I began seeing Rachel for general well-being over a challenging period in my life and felt most supported by the treatments she administered.Within that time she has also effectively assisted with the healing of a rib dislocation. I have found her to be a compassionate and considered acupuncturist, and an excellent listener who works efficiently and decisively. I am lucky enough to be this woman's daughter. Her treatments over the years have always left me feeling balanced and energised. She is a warmhearted soul who is intent on making the client feel at their best, in every sense. Her focus goes beyond the physical as she incorporates spiritual aspects of healing into her work. This is what makes her practice unique.

I have been receiving acupuncture treatment periodically from Rachael for many years for general "tune ups". I always felt this helped to keep me balanced, calmer and improve my sleep. More recently I experienced a major life threatening health crisis. Rachael`s treatment has been an integral part of my recovery and rehab that has enabled me to make a remarkable recovery and once again lead a full active life.

Rachel is a caring and effective healer. I came to her with a range of symptoms connected to stress for which she was able to provide both immediate relief and more long-term holistic support for. I feel like Rachel is able to perceive and deal with all the various elements of our health rather than just focusing on or targeting on one thing. I came to her initially for acupuncture but she has also taken me through a guided meditation which I would happily recommend to others.

I highly recommend Rachel if you are looking for a competent holistic professional - she’s an experienced Acupuncturist who has a background in Western Medicine.   She did a very thorough assessment which has meant her treatments were spot on and I have had overnight changes in my condition.  Thanks Rachel.
