I totally agree with the statements made regarding people that dont test correctly and the fact that this can lead to a very dangerous if not lethal situation ,
we  should be setting up a membership by where only suitable technicians 
registered, should be able to belong to ,not just a matter of handing over a few dollars and saying we are qualified and belonging to an organisation after very little training or experience.It seems unfortunate that the people that actually are professional are are lumped in with the cowboys.
I hope that something is done soon before someone gets hurt as a result.
