We have been clients for over 25yrs and the quality of their service at admin level in recent times is disappointing to say the least. The lack of contact when our Doctor was going to be retiring and when a replacement doctor is available is shameful. Negative attitudes at the front desk need addressing. We need value for our hard earned money and not to be given their personal opinions on what they think is best for us the clients. Training in customer service would be most helpful.
Have been a patient of Springlands health for around a year now, have always had positive service from front desk, waiting times can sometimes be a wee wait but with times like now its understandable. Have had great doctors service from Matthew recently
Expensive, Rude, if you don’t see them for a while they take you off their books without advising you, then charge twice as much. Worst doctors surgery ever.
Am very disappointed that the person in charge can't be bothered to ring me when asked to. Twice i have asked to talk to someone and twice i have been ignored......very unprofessional...one star is one too many
They never help me, i have been going for years and one doctor did more in 40 mins than any other doctor there had done in 10 years. I stopped going because they charge you so much for so little help. I just end up going to the hospital
We have been regulars at Springlands Health with two boys 4 and 5 for nine years now. We have dealt with a number of the doctors, nurses and receptionists. They have all always been incredibly accommodating, friendly and professional. It is disappointing to read the other reviews because that has not been our experience at all. Just today we took our 5yo in and they were incredibly thorough and reassuring. We would recommend then without hesitation to family and friends.
One of the worst experiences with Denise.. went in for one issue, she dismissed my referral from my physio and kicked me out right on the 15 minute mark
I was told to come in at 8.45am for a nurse appointment but had to wait for 20mins. I was the first appointment of the morning and they were already running late! Absolutely shocking service! They should have just booked me in for when the actually needed me. Ridiculous!!!
They are a complete and utter joke. Appointments I've definitely gone to apparently coming up as 'absent', with other appointments that I've been asked to confirm never existing in the first place. Its an embarrassment.
Rude, or perhaps just unwilling, receptionists who don't seem to know what they are doing. I have gone 7 days without my prescription medication because they keep screwing it up.
