I wrote a review on Google reviews  I want to thank the Manager Daniel Warehouse Porirua for helping me yesterday I am great full for Daniel approach to my situation Daniel handled the issue Professionally I also want to compliment Mack who also works at Warehouse Porirua Mack help me with the swap of the JBL speaker I purchase on 27th December 2025 from Petone who no more JBL speakers in stock. I don't think very much of the attitude of the warehouse stationary staff they were not very helpful there was stationary staff working a girl with ginger hair a Indian man and a Chinese man they didn't think it was going to a problem for to drive there to Porirua while they test the speaker  which found as unesscary muck around after buying a $550 dollar one month ago for me have drive to Porirua and back Wainuiomata while staff a month old product there attitude did not impress me and did not seem care that I was going to leave with a faulty speaker and take it back to Petone to request a refund but I ask to see the manager before leaving Porirua and that's when I meet Daniel and Mack in My opinion are a strong asset to the Warehouse I call them Anchor staff solid clean professional staff who communicate the Warehouse philosophy they sorted for for I am so happy about so I posted a review on Google reviews        I would like to be passed on to the upper management as if not for Daniel & Mack this could have been a total negative review as I write a lot of reviews under different names assistance and professional 5 Star

This 5 stars is for Iona, who went above and beyond to try and help me find the item I was looking for. Unfortunately it didn’t turn out to be in stock, but I really appreciated the effort and help regardless. Thank you Iona for trying your best to find what I was looking for even if it meant having to climb the ladder several times. I appreciate you!!

Just want to say thank you so much to the young girl on security this afternoon around 5pm. She was super helpful, i had my baby as well as a full trolley and some chairs and other items to carry to my ute. She willingly helped me without having to be asked and did it all with a smile on her face. Big ups to her, 10/10 customer service.

Good store for bargains and general household items. They usually have pretty much everything you would expect in the household products range though usually at the lower cost end of the market.

Cold night and went to warehouse to buy a heater.nThey had not one.nApparently we will be having warm fine nights from now on.
