We came here for the swimming gears and we had what we needed.nnI like this outlet because it has many sport items, gears and equipment from many brands. It also has clearance and sale items that are really tempting.nnThe staff is friendly and helpful. Check out is no hassle and staff are knowledgeable as well when we ask about particular items.nnThe shop is spacious and it has good layout so it’s easy for those with wheelchairs.nnIt also has parking lots and as it is situated in the mega complex so we can easily visit other shops as well.

Had no issues in the past with your store until recently. Not sure who updates stock on your online store and the availability but it’s not accurate information. Hadn’t I called to check my same day click and collect order I wouldn’t have found out that the item wasn’t actually available at your store when I your website specifically said when I ordered it was. A bit misleading and false advertisement. The lovely lady who took my call explained what had happened and offered solutions. Either I cancel my order and get a refund which takes 4-5 business days or the item can be sent to them from another store but it won’t arrive until next week, I needed the item today not next week, today. So I’ve had to go to another store to buy the item while I await my money which I probably won’t get until next week suggestion: update your website to reflect your true stock and don’t offer a service if it not available.
