Ask alot of questions. Especially about the product you're potentially buying. And ask about what will happen with the delivery of the item/s. If applicable? Because you'll need to follow up on this. Staff members do not like for customers to take their time, browsing around the store. So be prepared to let more than two staff members know you're taking your time looking around you'll let an employee know when you've found something interesting. I was visiting to purchase whiteware and I had to take care of delivery issues, due to bad communication between a staff member and the delivery men. It's a great product, but it was a mission to sort out the delivery of the item. It's a tidy store with lots of products crammed into a small space.
Was told the high cost of delivery for the new bed was because it is a 'premium ' service which included setting up the bed and removing the packaging.nDon't be fooled by these lies as base and mattress arrived , was left to set up bed and dispose of packaging myself.nNow the guy in bedding department won't return messages, very poor service !!
Purchased 2 items of whiteware during the Black Friday sales. Had a great range of items in store which is far easier than looking online. Combined delivery fee for more than 1 item. Delivered to Kapiti. Very happy with my purchases and the 2 delivery men were fantastic. They installed the fridge and washing machine. Ran a test on the washing machine and removed all the packaging. Highly recommend.
It is a very nice and big store, it is possible to find furniture, beds and other necessities for every need, the employees are extremely interested. Even the store manager is chatting with everyone and trying to help, thank you very much to everyone.
Hi everyone,nPlease don't purchase any samsung phone from Harvey Norman porirua. They sale me faulty samsumg A54. I explained them, its bluetooth not working and show recorded couple of videos. they send twice phone to samsung for fixing. but from last 6weeks, they working on phone. phone is in warranty & 4month old.Technical team member says it could be fix or not and there is no time limit as well.nDo not waste your money & time with them.
