I'm really disappointed with the amount of hidden MDF in the furniture. Beware when they say engineer wood.. this is really mdf. Also my draws won't line up properly and they are ignoring my emails at this point. 950 bucks for a wonky sent of draws full of mdf. And I got 40% off .. now they are 1200 rip off! Also The head board of the Kohler storage bed is extremely flimsy, although solid oak it's thin and flexible. Really disappointed with my purchase overall. I have a lot of woodworking to do now to make these more quality pieces of furniture that will last longer than a year or 2. My bed frame also has a minor crack from the manufacturing process which they have not addressed either. Do not buy from this place without viewing their products in a show room first. You might be in for some unpleasant surprises in regards to quality and construction.
I ordered the Koehler bed frame and love it - great storage. The team are helpful and responsive, and I recommend contacting them to help install the bed.
Purchased a King Size Storage Bed. The product is excellent, really high quality, nice heavy frame and looks great. Delivery was delayed by at least a month due to overseas shipping / stock but their customer service is good and they keep in touch. The price was reasonable for the quality of the product. I recommend getting help putting the King Size Flat Pack storage bed together, it took ~3 hrs and a little head scratching. All round I'd recommend purchasing from this crew.
Okay - lets start its kitset yep I can see you rubbing your head - don't worry all the parts are clearly marked packed and present - great start. We have so far purchased two queen beds and entertainment unit not unpacked this yet watch next update! Well made beautiful light oak and very impressed - one little work with a small hammer to align one metal dowel going into one end - and boom stunning pieces of furniture - great product fair pricing and its going to last - so have a look at the range be tempted and commit - its worth it it will take longer than maybe times suggest - the joys of kitset or in our case not enough room to spread out prior setting up - but hey a decent mattress and you have stunning contemporary solid wood bed
It was an absolute pleasure working with Oakano from start to finish. They immediately responded to any questions we had. We ordered the Boston bed with drawers, side tables and dresser. The furniture is of high quality and we are really happy with it. Will definitely recommend them and will buy from them again in the future.
Looks great in photos so we took the gamble of buying online. We bought a bed frame and a chest of drawers. The quality is absolutely awful, from the cheap veneers to the flimsy finish. After 3 months the bed frame is broken. Do not recommend at all unless you can see it yourself in person and are happy with what you're getting.
Fabulous furniture at great prices. Great service too. I've now had this furniture for 2 years and it still looks great.

We have used Oakano every time we have furnished a property. Solid wood and great workmanship, along with excellent service. We wouldn’t choose anywhere else.
I purchased a set of draws and a mirror 3 months ago which came to just under $1200. The mirror arrived faulty and I am still waiting on the draws. I have chased them up 6 times already and every time they reply if they even reply at all I am promised it will arrive at a certain date and it never does. You would be mad to trust this company. Happy to change this review if anything is ever done about this. Frustrating and disappointing. =
