Have sold a few things here. These guys are fair and decent people. Was happy with what I was given.
Just went to look around this time, but have shopped there previously. They do have some quality merchandise at not too expensive prices.

I went here February 2021 and I was greeted by a kind customer service representative who was very courteous and knowledgeable. They made me feel at home and were more than keen to help me get what I required. The staff were helpful and the store was tidy. The shop was clearly advertised and accessible.
Great trade. Easy to deal with and great communication
Not impressed - went in yesterday to look at a laptop I saw on Trade Me to be told it couldn't be sold as it was advertised online. Later that day, the listing had been withdrawn. When I rang Cash Converters they told me that it had been sold instore!! When I told them i had been in yesterday and was advised they couldn't sell it to me they tried to explain it away with 'he's a trainee' Here's a thought, train your trainees in your processes??? They then offered to sell me another computer that was double the price as the one I had originally inquired about.
Cashies in Cobham Court has a surprising range of things for sale, as well as good finance options and lovely customer service. Highly recommended.
$30 & 3 sets guitar strings... all rusty, only good for the bin, soo disappointed
Always helpful and friendly when I require their services.
As far as customer service goes, someone actually answered the phone after 5mins and 33 seconds. But, their vocal customer service is fantastic.
