Amazing service and well worth the price for their knowledge and expertise. I had my engagement ring valued and Hans told me to have the jeweller relook at the small diamonds underneath as a couple of them appeared to be loose and could fall out. I went to have my ring resized the next week and asked the jeweller to look at this. After picking up my ring I got home and checked the ring very carefully and what do you know, one diamond was missing! The jeweller quickly resolved this but if it wasn't for Hans, I probably never would have even noticed or thought to check this very carefully.

Hannes was friendly, professional and knowledgeable in his customer service with my antique engagement ring. He was very generous with his time and it was clear he is an expert in his field. I would highly recommend his services, especially if you'd like to know more about a piece including it's condition.

I first took a piece of jewelry there and thought I was a little out of my depth. However the friendly duo there were quick to tell me otherwise. The professional attitude and aptitude by the staff there were clear. It's clear these guys know what they are Talking about and aren't there to mess around. Their jeweler knew exactly what he was talking about and for the price paid for an evaluation I left there happy, and knowing for the small price you pay you know what you have. Would recommend to anyone regardless of watch/gem if you are even half serious about insuring/selling.

Hannes helped me with my Rolex valuation & certifying for insurance purposes. Highly recommended either you are buying, selling or just bought one. He is highly professional and experienced.
