Very poor customer service. I initially bought a few bags in one purchase because the design looks nice and the salesperson over the weekend provides amazing service. However, I had to return one because the quality is bad, zipper couldn't be opened easily. And the manager Goli who works on weekdays was so strict and very defensive even if she can see it wasn't opening properly. Her customer service is really bad.
Helpful staff in the shoes section. Because of the quarantine the air conditioning was set up on heat, so it was difficult to breathe.
