The Tea Salon

Good range of beverages, including hot and cold teas. Ribbon sandwiches ok but a bit dry, as was the scones. Low staff to customer ratio meant longer wait times.

I love coming here for Turkish apple tea and the cheddar and thyme scone. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff. Great place to catch up with friends, have tea and munch on scones.

Absolutely Amazing and one of the Prettiest little Chill out places I've visited. It's like love at first sight when you look at it from the outside. That brings you to the entrance to take a glimpse and Trust me the next question youll ask them is, can I have a table please" ? Every detail is so beautuful right from the wallpapers the pretty lights on the celing, the Tea cups and kettle. As fas as the eats go the Scones are deliviously divine. Must have the orange and date one ! Teas are lovely too and so is the hot chocolate. The Sandwiches are super too. Everything is perfect in this beautiful Tea Salon ! Can't wait to be there again soon on my next visit to Australia!

I went there for the my fair lady high tea, it was amazing and the service is great. The tablecloth is different from classic high tea. The color matches the tea pot set.

Was really looking forward to our afternoon but after today's experience we won't be back there again! We placed our order for tea, scones and to be followed by an ice-cream sundae - unfortunately they bought out the ice-cream first. The waitress didn't look at all happy when I reminded her that I wanted the scones and tea first but took the ice-cream away and produced the scones. Had to remind them about 15 minutes after finishing the scones that I would like to have the ice-cream now and was presented with the one that had been bought out 30 minutes earlier - looking very wilted and severely melted. When I asked for a fresh one I was told it would take 10-15 minutes to prepare. I queried this as service for everyone else in the restaurant was very quick but the waitress said this was how long it would take - I cancelled the order and we left. Won't be back!

Food and drink was fine but the staff are pretty bad. They were laughing at another customer and were messing around with each other two chefs eating food that another waitress was preparing for a customer and a guy wearing a batman snapback who didn't seem to do anything besides be there and talk lady who served me was alright but didn't stop any of this or record/report it. They Sydney branch is much better

Good vibes and decor, great tea selection, and scones always make a filling snack. The customer service is really lovely too, and always makes me wanna come back.

Tea selection very good. Also a wide array of scones that you won't get anywhere else. Perhaps its super-fanciness takes away from the comfort a bit.

Service + infusions are great. Scones are tasty, and just the right sweetness barely. Will come again!

I went with my friends last week and one of the staff wasn't friendly and wasn't helpful when we asked about the menu she didn't care and there was old women Screamed to me because my baby crying. I will never come back there.
