I was in Hobart last week on holiday. Visited The saffron Indian restaurant and would like to recommend it. Food was nice Service was very welcoming For sure visit again when I visit Hobart again

Food arrived on time, this was the best Indian food i have tasted since moving from the UK, five years ago. Friendly courier so pleased i chose this restaurant for home delivery.

I’m on holidays visiting Hobart with my partner from Sydney. We were looking for dinner and decided to have Indian food. The food was nice but it is quiet pricey and took 1 hour for them to serve the mains. When i asked the waitress for more naan and told her about the long wait, she tells me that they were preparing the food fresh. She ended up coming back and telling me that I should’ve told them to quickly serve the food. Well it’s common sense why people go to restaurants to eat... they don’t go there to stare at decor. Definitely will not be going back there and wouldn’t recommend unless if you like waiting patiently!

Last night I had a lovely dinner at the Saffron! The service was amazing and the food was the best indian food I have had in Hobart for years. The owner was very friendly and I will not settle for any other indian restaurant in the future!

We were on holiday from adelaide to Hobart. And we have been to saffron Indian restaurant with my other fellow Indian mates. I must admit that, this has been best Indian food that we have tasted in Australia. All curries were made like traditional Indian way. Also chef was very helpful with special requirements. Awesome food. Must to visit this restaurant.
