Fantastic service and amazing quality. I purchased Sir Walter Buffalo turf from The Rock and also from Bunnings. The turf from The Rock was beautiful quality, thick and a luscious green. The turf from Bunnings was brown, thin and falling apart.nIt worked out to be only a 13cents per square metre difference in overall price.
Love these guys, great service, nice’n easy and super helpful. Never left disappointed. Deliveries always reliable.
I have had multiple horrible experiences with customer service. I found the lady at the front desk with longer blonde hair partially rude on several occasions and always leave feeling like I have put her out for doing her job. I have continued to go back due to ease of it being close to home but after my most recent interaction I’d prefer to drive the extra 15mins to not be treated like rubbish. I will not be back.
Great products sold with a friendly smile. Will go back there anytime for landscape products.nOn this occasion I purchase charcoal black coloured Cyprus mulch. The Rock Landscape is one of very few places that stocks this product.
Needed a paver a slightly different colour. They were happy to help me exchange and get the right paver. Very friendly and helpful.
