I have had the pet door for almost three years now, I love it, great quality product. Keeps smoke out from my neighbours fire in winter and the cool air in in summer. I just got the adjustable temporary door lock, so easy to install and works well. The delivery of this was very fast. It's one of the best things I have purchased.

I looked at various pet door inserts and they were cheap and ugly looking. This door matches our sliding doors perfectly, looks fantastic and I installed it myself in no time at all. It was that easy. We've had it now for about 9 months and its still looking fantastic and working well. Highly recommend this pet door insert. You wont be disappointed.

I found it quite easy to install, If you Read the Instructions First. I installed 2 of these doors, one on my place and one on my daughters place. Mine the first one took me about 3 hours but I wanted a good job so I didn't rush the installation. The second one too about 2 hours. I also installed a brace about half way up the door to make the frame just a bit stronger and deter would be burglars.

Really happy with the product. Easy to install, remove, and (this is the best part) relocate. When we went on holiday, we left our dog with a friend. He does not have pet door so we brought ours to his house and temporarily installed it. Problem sorted!

The actual Pet Door is great but the service itself not so good. The arranged installation was rescheduled by the installer twice, calls were not returned, the installation itself a bit sloppy and unfinished, and the after sales support quite poor. We ended up having to fix up a number of issues ourselves. I recommend installing the door yourself if a quality installation is important to you.
