Was promised next day delivery and never got the bottle. No communication to let me know they were not coming. They think they are doing you a favour instead of treating you like a customer. People need gas to run their homes so step up the efficiency.

Attempted to change supplier to Elgas . Paid for a cylinder with card at office . Told that someone would come out free of charge to inspect connection for compliance in the next day or so . Waited 3 weeks , nothing , Elgas said contractor could not find cylinders which were beside house ? Then told he had rung me several times BS! Then told he would need to inspect appliances as well .Why, he is not responsible for anything other than the connection!!! There was now a charge for this!!! Forget them , now I wait 3wks for a refund by cheque , why cant they credit my a/c that they took my money out of .? Unreliable, incompetent staff, keep away! So much for trying to support local business!!!

I've been very happy with our Elgas experience -- they've supplied our gas for about 9 years now. Orders are handled quickly, deliveries are efficient, what more could we ask for?

Delivery drivers are nice and office staff friendly but don't get deliveries on the date specified. Receive text message notification of delivery date but usually arrives next day or late. Why give customers delivery dates if it's not gone to happen.

Where do I start have been dealing with these clowns for 4 years in our business and nothing but dilemas for over priced gas. Bunch of monkeys running the show at this site without a doubt. Do yourself a favour go elsewhere. Run far far away from this mob they will send you broke. Bunch of bloody idiots with no business moral
