I Have used this particular storage center for previous times over 19 years and this was the most difficult experience I have had. I spoke to the local operator on the phone before booking and with her guidance booked a medium ground floor entry storage shed of 6 square meters. I booked the unit as instructed s as a medium unit on the website and was charged the appropriate fee. T hen when I went to go in on the Saturday my gate code didn't work. I called the emergency line and we found an emergency code that worked and then I went to find my storage shed in the described place which was near the exit on the ground with walk-in entry via a door. The unit I had been allocated was actually on level one. I called the emergency line and a person helped to allocate me to the unit that I was expecting and I moved in. Later. The local operator phoned me and said that my ground floor unit was the number I had been originally allocated, which was actually an upper floor unit and they had charged me extra for this particular unit. The storage area is clean and easy to access. I am paying more per month than I anticipated though and would have made a different choice if I had been given clear information in the beginning. Getting assistance on the phone was reasonably fast.
No toilet on site, a one way driveway too narrow to park near bays to load / unload because of random caravans / boats parked to the side where one would normally drive around... It looks like managers are double dipping or tenants abusing the facility.. either way, it was a very frustrating endeavour loading out having to stop, drive out, drive back in every time someone was leaving. which was easily every 5-10 minutes.... ugh.
WHAT A PLACE -nI CAN'T STOP RAVING ABOUT IT ...2 STOREYS HIGH , THAT'S RIGHT ' MOVE FOR BOATS - CARAVAN'S TRAILERS ..AMAZING. and so EASY TO GET IN AND OUT.
Highly Recommend - We ran our small business out of national storage Coolum for almost 9 years. Fantastic service and in particular their manager Clare. I highly recommend them for all storage needs
Claire and the team there offer an extraordinary service always with a genuine smile. Went above and beyond for my staff and myself with our double storage shed.
