Had the most amazing meal last night, the pasta special was amazing as was the rabbit pie and chocolate fondant. Quite pricy but the quality is superb!

really disappointed so looking forward to our work lunch on a Saturday. Gin and tonic weak warm and VERY flat . Service tired but okay. Food ugh, chicken roulade, told had to wait 20 minutes for it to be cooked. NO just for chef to put it the microwave from last night, tasteless and tepid!!!! Duck fat roasted potatoes were obviously from last night as well, dry chewy and reheated, awful......desert oh hum

The new owner isn't the friendliest, strange that, but maybe we don't fit his criteria of desirable older punters, the other staff look bored to tears as its often quiet, beer not good early lunchtime, seems to have lost its edge that the previous owners had
