The motel room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Free parking was available with plenty of space, which was very convenient. The service was excellent and truly 5-star—staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, everything was very good. The only small issue was that the power points for mobile charging were not easy to find in the room. Apart from that, it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend it.
We stayed here cos we have family nearby. The place is very run down with many repairs needed ie toilet roll holder is loose, a drain in the bathroom constantly dripping water all over the bathroom floor and the safety chain on the door is screwed on incorrectly so it’s not functional.nHousekeeping was very hit & miss, some days no service, some days only 1 of three beds made.nOver all a good stay, reception staff were lovely.nGiven the time of year Christmas/new years we expected the price. But the price was perhaps a little too high for what it was and we could have stayed in a 5 star established for a similar price in town
Damp smell in our room, curtains not fitted to the window properly, fitted sheet on bed was stained, bathroom is tiny, broken tiles, smelly. Calling it a 3 star motel is very optimistic, more like 2 stars.nnPretty sure they were cleaning rooms at 9pmnnLocation is alright, you at least have Aldi next door.
We were travelling from WA, we stayed there and the service was exceptional. We arrived there too late around 11 pm, but lady came with happy face to open the door for us. Rooms were very clean. Location is easily accessible. Overall our experience was very good.
Great rooms verry friendly staff enjoued the stay only issue that was distirby was the spaa in pool area out of action would love to stay again if that was working receptionest was verry friendly and helpfull with replacing air con remote batterys
