Modern, clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast area it's a nicely done. It's all buffet but widely distributed in a fairly sensible way so you don't feel rushed or crowded. A nice mix of seating options to suit your mojo while you're waking up. Rooms are typical for a new Holiday Inn. No issues.

Very nice hotel in a central part of Adelaide. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was included with our room and was good for a breakfast buffet. The only issue we had, which wasn't really an issue, was parking was a little further away (it's not actually located at the hotel).

The hotel is in a great location. We found the rooms and entire facility really clean and tidy. The free breakfast every morning was really good variety and quality. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We will be staying again.

Excellent budget hotel. Lower cost. But full featured, very compact but has everything.  Even full Foxtel Cable TV channels, not just free to air. Very happy with the concept. Even the serve yourself breakfast was decent.

Great area near universities, museums and public transport. Very new looking facility with great value. Has good quality breakfast and decent gym with nice little bathroom touches. Staff also wonderful and informative. Would go again.
