Quite clean and new in general.nRooms are in good size for two people. Walk-in shower is not my favourite. Once the light is on the whole room is lit up through the glass panel.nStaff are generally ok and willing to help. Buffet breakfast is good. Overall is value for money.

I had a lovely 6 night stay at the Holiday Inn. The room was compact but had everything I needed for my stay. I liked that the TV had chrome cast to stream TV and movies. The staff were friendly and housekeeping was great. I chose the hotel due to its convenient location. You can walk to the train station, Rundle Mall and the art gallery. Breakfast was very busy, lots of people and the hot food was actually cold, so I stuck to the cereal and fresh fruit. I would recommend the Holiday Inn.

Best part was the restaurant staff .nEspecially Jasmine and the other girls on in the mornings for breakfast.nHelped us with anything we needed.nRoom was very noisy on Thursday night from hindley Street.nChecked out Friday morning as would have been worse  Friday night.nCoffee machine to use for breakfast was only making barely warm coffee.nOne of the lovely staff in the restaurant... Jasmine.. took our coffees both days and heated them for us in the kitchen...nJasmine and the other restaurant staff were very good and very kind.nNothing any trouble if you needed help with something.

Location is great and room is clean & very spacious with a huge toilet. However room for improvement is the customer service 1stly they didn't reply my email of late check in and 2ndly when i managed to reach here the following day and front desk is not helpful at all when I have difficulty in access to their suggested parking building. In short, facilities are good but not feel any hospitality at all.

Very disappointing experience. The rooms are supposed to be soundproof, however we were unable to sleep until 3 am due to excessive noise from outside. We could not use the TV as it would go black every time to tried to access Chromecast or any channels, and the toilet smelled a bit when we first came in.nIt is a good location yes, and the breakfast was not bad, but there is no point in booking a hotel if you cannot sleep in it... Unlikely to come back.
