Large comfortable rooms, newly renovated bathrooms. Excellent beds. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Close to lots of great restaurants and pubs. Free city bus is a 5 min walk. Nice and quiet location yet close to the city.
If you want a very comfortable place with great staff  at rates that are very reasonable stay here. 
When we come back we certainly will be

Pretty decent accommodation, newly refurbished, good location. Wifi tho could be improved. All in all would defo stay again.
