I've been coming to see Kumiko for ages and always get compliments on my hair. I love their selection of drinks to choose from too.

The decor is funky and interesting but I was extremely disappointed. Paid a high price and ended up with nothing that I requested. Was rushed through as the young man had another client waiting. Both colour and cut was a total waste of money.

Although the price is high, the experience is totally worth it and the outcome is great...not to mention the lovely vintage interior and the great service provided by all the staff, the complementary snack and tea made me feel like a queen 👸🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟💟

The Powder Room is my favourite hairdressers in Wellington. Not only are the staff super friendly, the prices reasonable, the service amazing, they are totally sustainable which makes them pretty well perfect. I highly recommend them. Crispin Korschen
