Specialty Coffee cafe & kitchen

Story

We source & roast our own specialty coffee via our big brother AXIL coffee roasters, Hawthorn VIC. Bringing Albert Parks first new-wave specialty coffee cafe, from the grinders we rotate our single origin offerings daily, alongside our seasonal house espresso blend. With our UBER boiler water system we offer modern filter coffee, with different brew methods as an alternative to enjoy the softer, cleaner, nuances of our specialty coffee.
From the kitchen is a modern Australian breakfast & lunch menu, with the use of quality, locally sourced produce. Where everything bar the bread is made on site. Like our coffee, were very proud of all of it, sure you'll be to.

Find it disgusting that the managers take staff tips and do not distribute to employees, which is both reprehensible and illegal.

I came into your cafe today and asked for a table for 1. I sat at 1 of the 3 tables the waiter pointed to that were free. I picked the one in front of the window. As he was wiping the table I was sitting at I asked him for glass of water when he had a moment (I was pretty puffed because I had ran to the cafe from home) to which he replied "Since you decided to sit at the dirty table, not the clean ones, I'll take my time" (as in, he planned to take his time to get me a water). Excuse me??? He then said "I've been doing this job for a while" (I'm not even sure what he was getting at with this statement?). Not surprisingly, I decided not to order any breakfast today and left hungry. You don't deserve my hard-earned money. I can't speak to your other staff, but the guy in the green beret is one of the rudest waiters I have EVER come across. I will never bring my friends and family here again. Absolutely disgraceful.
