Story

We are three brothers – Daniel, Thomas and Mathew Furda, all with a passion for great food and coffee. To go with this, we all understand the importance of providing a level of customer service that matches the quality of our food, beverage and coffee.

As Sutherland Shire locals, we are very familiar with the area and the important role that great food and coffee plays within it. This is the reason that we are very excited to have the opportunity to work together to contribute to this culture by bringing our own fresh and vibrant take on fine dining to Gymea.

The Peppertree is a licensed and affordable restaurant offering the best dining experience in the region. We offer the following services:

- General Dining: standard cafe menu, available both morning and afternoon
- Fine Dining: evening service, where meals are matched to selected wines
- Group Functions: parties anniversaries, baptisms, confirmations, general celebrations)
- Corporate Events: lunches, team events
- Corporate Catering: prepared at Peppertree and delivered to your venue of choice
