Sold me a bed frame without nuts and bolts to put it together. Pathetic. You definitely get what you pay for.

So after spending 1/2 day getting the nuts and bolts to put together the bed........ We find out that they have given us a bedhead that is queen sized with side rails and cross bar that is for a double.......seriously the incompetence is unbelievable 

Never again will I buy anything from fantastic (not)  furniture 😡

I love shopping furnitures in here.
Besides the fact that the staff are friendly and not overly pushy,
the prices are really good and they have a wide range of products too.
Recommended!

Excellent efficient service and happy with products. Warehouse staff great also. Just one thing is the amount of packaging leftover which I know is across all stores. Would be good if could be reduced  particularly the plastics.Thank you.

Moving in to our first rental apartment and we had no furniture. Bought most of our furniture from here, it was stylish, comfy and didn't put a dent in our wallet. They are quite helpful and friendly.
