Very rarely do you find friendly customer service with the knowledge to tackle any issue. Brought my bike after going to a series of other bike shops in the area that couldn’t help out. Had me back on the road on the same day. Can’t recommend these guys enough
Great service, communication and knowledge. Wesley was more than happy to answer any questions i had about mountain biking and mtb products. There was a small mix up with my order but the shop went out of their way to help correct it and felt like they really put their customers first. Loving my new bike! Thank again Wesley and TOS team.
Wife ordered 2 bibs and never showed up. Multiple emails and calls with no response. I would not order from this store as it appears to be a scam. Update on this: we have provided all details to store with order number, contact phone number and email with zero response. I warn all to not use this store.
Came here after checking the updated store opening times. Guess what…. It’s closed it’s not even a holiday. I can only review on my own experience. I’ll come back and if the experience is better I will update the review. As of now however…
The team went above and beyond to get me back on the road for a bikepacking race. I came in with a damaged wheel and broken shifter near the end of the day and not only did they fix my mechanical issues up, they got me back to where I needed to be to resume my ride. My trip would have been over if it wasn't for the efforts of everyone at The Odd Spoke. For any other bikepackers and tourers, this shop also has all of the food and supplies you could ask for between Sydney and Orange.

Discovered The Odd Spoke whilst searching for a bike I was interested in Apollo comp30: Online price was much cheaper, hence purchased: Order was processed quickly; I was kept informed. Drove from the Sutherland Shire to Dural - Bike all set up ready to go:
I walked in yesterday morning with no appointment. Being a Saturday - the shop was very busy. I asked if they can fit my new carbon rims and new tyres for my road bike. They squeezed me into their busy schedule without any hesitation. Zac, Tong and the crew were great. They listened to my needs and provided great advice! This was only my 2nd time visiting the store. I’ve checked out a lot of bike shops since taking up cycling. I can honestly say this is the only bike shop I’ll go to from now on. If you want great customer service, guys who are chill and easy to talk to - go to The Odd Spoke!
Placed an order via catch.com.au but called the Odd Spoke to check stock prior to this. Staff member smugly suggested that if it’s in stock on the website, then they have it. All the staff member had to do was physically check. His reluctance to do so caused me a lot of unnecessary inconvenience and yes, you’ve guessed it-the item wasn’t in stock.
