Slashed my tire during a ride nearby. Though the store didn't have my very specific replacement tire in stock, I was greeted by a very friendly person who gave me a quick-fix solution to help me safely get home so I could find the tire I need. They have a wide selection of bikes and related accessories.

Fanatic range of bikes, good prices, knowledgeable friendly staff. I will return. I was looking for a 16" bike for my 5 year old. All of the 4 other stores I checked only has 2 options/brands to choose. This store had about 5-6 I lost count. This is worth your time to visit what they have, no matter what bike or accessory you need. Two thumbs up

I went to Kuringai Cycles more than 3 times the past 4 weeks, and the people working there were not very nice. One particular lady asked me to stop trying the mountain bike as she thought I was riding for fun. Now it seems like they don't want customers to try and feel the bike before they buy it. Overall, great bike variety.

Good. Quick turn-around on service and repair. $ competitive. Hard to find a decent bike mechanic and the last three prior to here have been flicked. Would recommend.
