First time here and we loved it. The food was great. Fresh tasty and served beautifully. Lovely comfortable atmosphere. As we arrived we where greeted by Amy, an amazing friendly and welcoming staff member. As we hadn't been here before she explained the menu and seating options. Definitely give this place a go , we will be back for sure. The building and surrounds are all so historic. Loved it.
Good place and good food if you’re looking a not so loud environment with tasty food and drinks . The prices goes with portions served! So many corners to have your seating arranged. The garden, the bar, inside, outdoor, etc. old place but great!
We found the Narry to be a bit of a mixed bag. Service was okay and food came out in a reasonable time. The place itself isn't the cleanest and menus were so sticky! Food itself was okay. Parmigianas were really tasty but the salad was lacking and had no dressing. A couple of people ordered the roast special and it came out with only potatoes and brussel sprouts. Apparently they ran out of other veg we ordered before 7pm but that wasn't communicated to us. Meat was okay, plenty of gravy. Pretty reasonable pricing. It was a shame there were a few things lacking on the night we went. Okay if you live close but I wouldn't travel too far to go there again.
Its a beautiful old pub. The staff are wonderful. You can tell they want to be there. The food is the best food I've had anywhere & well priced. Really good value. Would definitely recommend Parking: Huge carpark Dietary restrictions: I have allergies & the staff were great about this
Today we had delicious lunch here on our way backvfrom York, steak cooked to how I like it with mushroom gravy. My husband had grilled fish and chips and our daughter had steak sandwich. The chips was perfectly salt and not greasy. Highly recommend
Food was delicious and hot, it was presented beautifully & tasted great, well worth what we paid for
We love The Narry! In our experience the food is Always lovely, the staff are kind and helpful, there is generally always a quiet and cozy nook to eat and drink, but rooms are also large enough to hold a celebration. The fires and decor are delightful on a cold day and hygge at it's finest. We highly reccomend the Buffalo Chicken wings and tequila sunrise! They have Guinness on tap, which is always better, and pour it well! And their cocktails are imo reasonably priced for Perth. The kitchen are fabulous, and food is generally tasty, quick, and hot! If you're looking for a nice pub/tavern to have a meal, check it out!
Yes, we came on a Friday night, but an hour wait for food that we didn't even order plus the hefty price tag really bummed us out. The place is beautiful, staff lovely, easy parking. Just sadly too long a wait time, incorrect order no, we didn't tell staff because we didn't want to wait another hour for food plus $25+ a dish. Won't be going back. Kid-friendliness: Supplied highchair
Went there for lunch. Cute old charming place. Lovely food. This was Moroccan Lamb Salad
Portions are worth the value, atmosphere is okay, lovely historic tavern. My only qualm was that the meal we had came with salad.. steak med rare mash potato with a generous amount of sauce which was delish, the salad was soaked in the sauce and couldnt eat it, id expect a side of veg but otherwise food was worth it.
