The staff are always friendly and helpful, going above and beyond throughout the entire process. I was amazed at the bouquets I organised for both my mum and sister on two different occasions - They were perfectly designed with beautiful flowers! Thank-you again!!

Terrible service! Please don't buy here your flower.
Bought a bunch of pink lilies for a girl to be delivered.
Delivered not flowers but buds! No one single flower was open!
Customer service answer was "They are fresh, if you buy open flowers means they are old", this is unacceptable.
I made a terrible impression with the one I was sending flowers to.
Never again.
On googlemap  they have only positive reviews and on other review website the percentage  is so negative I should have check before to buy.

Terrible experience! I did the error to don't check before the reviews online and I found out only later that on ProductReview there are only 7 good reviews out of 84! I had purchased a bucket and the order was completely wrong! I called to fix the problem and they did not care and treated me horribly! I will never call them back. This is outrageous
