Found this amazing florist a couple of years ago. Staff very friendly, patient and very helpful. Flowers arrangements are beautiful from this florist! I order regularly for my work, friends and family. if i do come across any minor problems, they fix it up straight away! HIGHLY recommend!!!

Terrible. My boyfriend ordered flowers to be delivered for our anniversary, but the delivery guy refused to come up into my building or up to my floor to deliver it, citing excuses such as 'I'm in more of a rush than you', and 'are you sure you want to let a stranger up to your level'. He hung up on me while I was speaking mid-way with no apology as well, and since we were both 'in a rush', I ended up just telling him to leave the flowers on the reception counter, whereby he replied 'its not my fault if they get stolen'. I have never experienced such a rude delivery person.

My friend was overwhelmed when she received her flowers she said they were lovely and also the chocolates, so thank you as it is difficult when you have to book on line from a remote location, we have in the past ordered flowers online but because my friend loved the orchids, I would not hesitate to recommend your florist.Regards Joan & Albert Adams.

I am in Canada and ordered flowers 2 weeks ago (before Valentines Day) for my partner in Melbourne, I have not got confirmation, emailed numerous times to get a status on my order with a reply, Also tried calling the number from overseas and it goes straight to voicemail! NOT HAPPY AT ALL! I have not heard anything from my girlfriend about the delivery and this is not good enough customer service.
